DESCRIPTION: Location: FitWize 4 Kids 21720 Red Rum Dr #112, Ashburn, VA 20147. This class is the skills check required to complete your blended learning training. It is only available to those who have paid and completed part 1 (e-learning) of the "Standard First Aid, CPR/AED Blended Learning" course.  Participants will complete their skills with an instructor in approximately one hour at the facility.  48 hours before the class you will receive an email confirming the final logistics.  You must arrive at the facility before the start of the course. The course begins promptly at its' scheduled time.  No one will be admitted once the class begins.  A $25 re-registration fee will be applied to any cancellations, no shows, or late arrivals. This course meets the training requirements for scouting, OSHA, teachers, and child care providers. Certification is valid for 2 years.
