BLAST: Babysitter Lessons and Safety Training (Restricted – Girl Scouts Only)

Location:  Claude Thompson Elementary School. 3284 Rectortown Rd, Marshall, VA 20115.  This highly interactive course is designed for kids primarily ages 11-15. The course covers sitter basics including diapering, feeding, hygiene, safety/injury prevention, first aid, choking, and CPR.  There are 13 skill stations that keep participants actively engaged. Upon completion participants receive certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). An email with final logistics will arrive 72 hours before the start of the course. There are no refunds once registration is completed. Any cancellations or no-shows will be assessed a $25 re-registration fee for a future class.
