BLAST: Babysitter Lessons and Safety Training (Restricted – Girl Scouts Only)

Location: The Library Room at George Mason Regional Library at 7001 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA 22003. This highly interactive course is designed for kids primarily ages 11-15. The course covers sitter basics including diapering, feeding, hygiene, safety/injury prevention, first aid, choking, and CPR.  There are 13 skill stations that keep participants active and engaged. Participants receive certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). An email with final logistics will arrive 72 hours before the start of the course. There are no refunds once registration is completed. Any cancellations or no-shows will be assessed a $25 re-registration fee for a future class.
